• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted for damaged or used items.

2. Exchange Policy

• We offer easy exchange for size or defective products.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
• Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Products without original packaging or tags
• Used or washed items
• Items purchased on clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
